When you book a call or submit an application form we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the answers you provide about your business.

If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are sent to Anthropic, which operates the AI model that writes the replies, and are processed there in order to answer you. Do not put anything into that box you would not put in an email to a stranger. We also log your IP address briefly to rate limit the chat and stop it being abused.

This site runs the Meta pixel, which reports your visit and any booking you start to Meta so we can measure which adverts bring enquiries. It sets cookies and passes Meta your IP address, browser and the pages you viewed here. We do not run Google Analytics or any other tracking script. You can opt out through your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third party cookies in your browser.

To contact you about the call you booked, to prepare for that call, to deliver services if we end up working together, and to measure which marketing brings qualified enquiries. If you become a client we also use it to run and report on your campaigns.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other advertisers.

Only the service providers that make the business run: our CRM and scheduling platform, our email provider, Anthropic for the chat assistant on this site, Meta for advertising measurement, and Vercel, which hosts the site. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we may reasonably do business together, and client records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Email support@choosepluto.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
